Devika~ I'm reading a science fiction book called "SnowCrash" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snow_Crash which involves among other things, discussion of linguistics and speaking in tong ues.
It triggered my inspiration to consider the link between religion, drugs & viruses.
:-) The video is a song by the Talking Heads which contains the line "stop making sense"
[Devika - likewise, your blogs are not open to comments, though you like to visit and speak to others....We must allow our friend to have his own way as well :-)]
I know and agree so much on that...BUT, the problem is you don't know the kind i had to deal there....I have no much time, health or energy to deal with that :)
infact, i wa bit wary of going on talking at comments' page of others while closing down my own...But most of my good friends have kind of agreed to that...hope you too would :)
I'm waging haiku as a weapon against my own ignorance.
The poetry and photos on this blog are my work unless otherwise stated, and should not be used without permission and credit.

Sidebar: do you think our Borut is gone underground again so soon?
i don't know, Janet...he seems gone..I just feel so sad,
wishes,
devika
I hope he's alright:-) Seems you were close with him.
You know the kind of chats we used to have! :)
closeness-- i realised long back-- in this space its meaningless to be close with anyone...still i feel sad,
wishes,
devika
I understand this quite well. It's a strange thing to be "intimate strangers" on line.
I'm sorry you're hurting.
No Janet...its fine...
tomorrow who knows, i too will be gone :))
devika
gift of spirit...or devils tongue. Yes, that is the question. Or maybe a little of both?
Kathy~ I think it's often a bit of both if we feel the integrated self, no?
:-)
What’s speaking in tongues
In the Tower of Babel
But common practice!?:)
Borut, where are you.....why do you take back blogs and where do you disappear??
I was about to ask Polona to launch an FIR :))
Janet, with your permission -- I have no other way to communicate with him :)
wishes,
devika
A Sufi might add:
Speak to men according to
Their understanding.
How does one know that, Borut.....knowing i myself adorn that fool's mask to get information sometimes :)
that i meant as part of my job! :)
devika
Borut, will you please open your blog??
wishes,
devika
according to their understanding....assumes I
know something of them
:-)

ps: i can restrict my blah blah if you so wish :)
I enjoy your comments Devika. And of course, you also can choose your way. It was just ironic to me.
:-)
I am full of irony, my friends say....but i never thought it had to show up this way when i started my blogs :)
anyway, thanks and i'm obliged i am offered the choice Janet....sometimes its just fun to communicate openly, i thought :-)
devika
there's no point in not being open:-)

How ‘bout’: Woo-man of knowledge, no answer – if you think well – is an answer too!?:)
borut-
questions beckoning
knowledge is so seductive
hoo is wooing who?
;-)
What a fine concept – with men and women absent: Hoo is wooing Who…
BTW: Hoo – also the liturgical word chanted, I’m told, at dervish meetings.
I'm spinning this off to a new post. Thanks for the inspiration:-)
